
Our name has changed, but we've been helping individuals get healthier and fitter through functional exercise in Northern VA for over 10 years. Some of our community members have been with us since all the way back to 2014. We've stood the test of time, and we're still here for a reason. We set a standard in fitness unlike anyone else in the area. If you truly desire a better version of yourself, our gym can help.
At Mosaic Fitness Center, we help you help yourself by getting you moving and enhancing your fitness through effective exercise. Our dedicated team shows up day in and day out, providing the accountability you need to stay on track with your fitness journey.
We have a diverse group of leaders within our community, all boasting decades of combined experience in athletics, coaching, and functional fitness. Whether it's through fitness or other exercise programs, there's no shortage of knowledge and experience here.
Many of us have been training together for 5-10+ years, continually striving for more in our health and exercise routines. Showing up day after day with a cohesive goal and commitment to our fitness methodology is paramount for us at the gym.


Cleans, snatches, running, rowing, box jumps, wall balls, and more are all part of the functional movements featured in our training program at Mosaic Fitness Center. These exercises are programmed in 8-16 week cycles throughout the year, with classes available as early as 5am, Monday through Friday, to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Tired of feeling too beat up to exercise at the gym? Afraid of getting hurt during your training sessions? We’ve got you covered. Dedicated corrective exercise and recovery sessions are now available at Mosaic Fitness Center on weekdays and weekends. These sessions are also offered as a separate non-membership option!

Are you brand new to fitness or looking to get back on track with your health and fitness goals? Perhaps you're just starting your weight loss journey. No matter your situation, our bootcamp classes at Mosaic Fitness Center could be the perfect option for you right now. We offer daily classes from Monday to Friday, providing a great opportunity for "low bar of entry" physical development.

Kids & Teens classes are designed for youth foundational development. Kids classes are focused on fundamental body awareness and movement. Teen classes are intro to weightlifting and strength development. Both class types are safe and effective but split into separate age groups.
